Introduction

Element houses provide a very practical solution in the modern busy world as they are really energy efficient and high-quality houses. They are produced on horizontal surfaces and protected from weather during the indoor production process. The wood used for production is pre-dried and sorted according to its strength.

Generally it only takes a few weeks to produce an element house in the factory. Mounting of the element house at the site lasts another 1-2 weeks but when considering all additional tasks and finishing touches it can take altogether 4-12 weeks depending on the layout of the house.

Element house Funk

Funk is a two-storey energy efficient house with the total area of 143.4 m². It has three bedrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. The estimated heating cost in terms of geothermal heating is ca 300 euros.
The house also includes a spacious shed and a shelter for two cars. Above the shelter and the shed you can find a roof terrace. Both the kitchen and the bathroom have exits to the ground floor terrace.

The estimated price for the house element with the terrace,
shed and shelter is 89 000€; for the completed house
148 000€, for the design 1800€.

Element house Classic

Classic has three bedrooms and a joint kitchen-living room with the total area of 99.6 m². The house also includes a shed, a shelter for one car, and a terrace. The estimated heating cost in terms of geothermal heating is ca 300 euros.

The price of the house depends on the location and heating system, but also on the level of completion and finishing.

The estimated price for the house element with the terrace,
shed and shelter is 66 000€; for the completed house
118 000€, for the design 1800€.

Country is a two-storey gable roof house with the total area of 159.3 m². It has four large bedrooms, a living room and a
kitchen. The estimated heating cost in terms of geothermal heating is ca 400 euros.

The estimated price for the house element with the terrace is 89 000€;
for the completed house 158 000€, for the design 1800€.

Folk has two bedrooms and a joint kitchen-living room with the total area of 67.8 m².

The estimated price for the house element with the terrace,
shed and shelter is 54 000€; for the completed house 98 000€,
for the design 1500€.
